1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately cease using the p777 platform. These terms are available in English and are the authoritative version governing your use of the service.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on p777. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and cancellation of pending withdrawals. p777 reserves the right to consolidate or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. p777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. You are liable for all activity on your account until it is formally closed or suspended by p777.

• Account holders must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request.
• Accounts found to be operated on behalf of another person, or by a minor, will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• p777 may request additional documentation at any time as part of enhanced due diligence. Failure to comply may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). • Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a mandatory KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• p777 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with the account's normal betting activity.
• All transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors, or systematically hedging bets to deplete wagering requirements without genuine play intent — is strictly prohibited. p777 reserves the right to void any bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is detected.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered members only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day may carry their own separate terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any material from the p777 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of p777's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p777 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. p777's total aggregate liability to you, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency outages, and third-party provider disruptions may temporarily affect access. p777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

10. Privacy and Data Use
